Post-Award Meeting

Upon receipt of the official Notification of Grant Award (NOGA), the Office of Grants & Contracts schedules a post-award meeting with the PI to discuss the following:

  • New Account Application
  • Grant Budget
  • FAMIS and Canopy Access, Routing and Approvals
  • Electronic Personnel Action (EPA) Hiring Process
  • Requistions and Procurement Card Purchases
  • Independent and Service Contracts
  • Reporting- Financial and Programmatic
  • Billing and Reimbursement Process
  • Time and Effort Reporting
  • Closeout Process

Monday-Friday
8:00 am - 5:00 pm
