The Office of Institutional Effectiveness & Planning works with the students, staff, and faculty to facilitate and implement systematic and broad-based planning and evaluation processes that promote continuous improvement of programs and services within the institution.
The aim of institutional effectiveness is to integrate the planning, evaluation, and budgeting processes into a comprehensive program that not only encompasses teaching and learning but also the array of administrative and support services which sustain the core activities of the University. This commitment is ongoing, broad-based, and embedded within the culture of the University. Faculty, administration and staff dedicate themselves to the task of providing high quality educational programs and services that prepare students for leadership roles in their chosen professions.
