To Request the use of a University Van

Send request to facil@tamiu.edu. Include the date and time the van is needed and the date and time you plan to return the van. Physical Plant will verify the vans availiabilty. If it is not available, Physical Plant will notify you. If the van is available, you will need to complete the Vehicle Check-Out Authorization form and submit the signed original to Physical Plant to reserve the van.

All other vehicle rentals must be made in accordance with TAMIU travel policies and procedures.
