TAMIU’s 2008 Annual Fund Campaign
The All4TAMIU Annual Fund provides financial resources that directly affect the quality of teaching and student life at TAMIU. Through scholarships and academic programs, your Annual Fund gift is the foundation that helps the University strive for excellence and growth.
An element of our Annual Fund includes our PHONATHON. You may find one of our students on the other end of your line soon calling to raise money for scholarships, update contact information, and acquaint alumni about campus happenings.
This year, the TAMIU community faces new funding challenges. The University boasts a 70% undergraduate completion rate --- one of the best in Texas. We are also fortunate enough to have increased new student enrollment by 39% over the past five years. However, with such tremendous growth, we estimate that there will be approximately 2, 600 students this fall who will find themselves with unmet financial assistance.
We are asking for a contribution to TAMIU’s student scholarship pool.
Donations of any amount make a great impact and also help ensure that future TAMIU students are afforded the opportunities so many of us have achieved. Every gift makes a difference! Our TAMIU alumni network of 12,000+ strong, can collectively impact the success of future students.
To contribute to the All4TAMIU Alumni Annual Fund, please contact 956-326-2175 or E-mail: alumni@tamiu.edu
