ARSSB Internship Partner Program


El Quinto Sol
El Quinto Sol is making available one internship opportunity for this Summer 2017 term.  Student will learn the day-to-day management of the store; provide outstanding customer service; ensure the team is providing outstanding customer service; assist in the management of all areas of store operations as needed, plus other duties as assigned.  Interested applicants must conduct this internship for credit, must be bilingual (English/Spanish), have an amazing attitude, and have the want to learn.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen
Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is providing one internship opportunity to a marketing major to coordinating and leading promotions be-tween Popeyes and TAMIU; help the local stores market catering capabilities to local businesses and school.  Training will be provided by Popeyes.  Permanent opportunities available after graduation.

United Way of Laredo, Inc.
United Way of Laredo, Inc. is seeking one student in the field of Finance, Accounting, MBA, or MPAcc who can help and learn more about: Campaigning - assist with recording pledges and payments for the organization on three different software programs such as Donation Tracker, QuickBooks, and CFC Assist; 2-1-1 Texas Program  - assist in producing the monthly re-ports to the Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) that include staffing hours, benefits, program expenses, etc.; processing of monthly agencies reports that in-clude agency revenues and expense as well as service; and other clerical duties - filing, processing mail, answering phone, paying bills, etc.

Sanchez, Jr. School of Business Internship Program to be used for credit.  If the student obtains an opportunity with any organization listed below, he/she may bring it for approval. 

Approval will be granted as long as the student and the internship position meets the requirements set forth by the A.R. Sanchez, Jr. School of Business Internship Program.
