In a collaborative effort, the U.S. Department of State and the Binational Center at Texas A&M International University will train Mexican volunteers and employees of Mexican non-profit organizations with the necessary tools for successful non-profit organization management.

Some of seminars included in this series are Fundraising in an International Community (Philanthropy 101) and Best Fundraising Practices in an International Community (Philanthropy 102), which is a second part to the afore mentioned. Each is a two-day seminar, which consist of lecture, discussion, and hands-on exercises.
