TAMIU CAMP is available to members of migrant or seasonal farmworkers who are, or will be, freshmen at TAMIU.
To be eligible for CAMP:
- Either the applicant or an immediate family member must have been a migrant or seasonal farmworker for at least 75 days within the past 24 months; or
- The applicant must have participated in the Migrant Educaiton Program (MEP) while in school (See your counselor or migrant educaiton coordinator for a Certificate of Eligibility (COE)); or
- The applicant must have participated or is eligible to particpate in the WIA-167 Farmworker Jobs Program.
In addition, you must be either a U.S. citizen or legal resident to be eligible to participate in CAMP.
