Constitutional Law: Criminal Procedures and Civil Liberties
Three semester hours.
A case study of American constitutional law based on the leading decisions of the U.S. Supreme Court. Civil Liberties, rights of the criminally accused, and civil rights. Prerequisite: Six hours of political science.
