SOCW 3307
Human Behavior and Social Environment II.
Three semester hours.
This course is a continuation of SOCW 3306, Human Behavior and Social Environment I. The focus is on human behavior in groups, organizations, and communities. The impact of the social environment is emphasized. The interaction of biological, psychological, social human diversity, and cultural factors in macro and mezzo systems is stressed. Case examples from the border region will be utilized. This course contains a substantial writing component. Prerequisite: SOCW 2361, SOCW 3303, SOCW 3304, SOCW 3305, and SOCW 3306. Admission to the major.
