ENGR 2303 (ENGR 2303)
Engineering Mechanics-Statics and Dynamics.
Three semester hours.
Application of the fundamental principles of Newtonian mechanics to the statics and dynamics of particles and the equilibrium of trusses, frames, beams and other rigid bodies. Dynamics of moving particles, including friction, torque, impulse, and momentum. Prerequisites: PHYS 2325/2125 and MATH 2414. Corequisite: ENGR 2103.
