Video Editing and Post Production I
Three semester hours.
The course emphasizes the theoretical bases of digital production, trends in publicly distributed media, and the use of computers in digital video production. Included are video standards, video editing applications, and an introduction to post-production use of transitions and special effects. Students will write project proposals and shoot their own video to edit. Prerequisite/corequisite: COMM 2332 or consent of instructor. Course fee: $40. (Formerly COMM 2333)
