Information Systems Concepts

Three semester hours.

Concepts, frameworks, research and practice covering the entire spectrum of the field of computer based information systems including structure, development, and implementation of information systems; management and control of corporate information systems, decision support systems and expert systems; current trends in management, development, hardware and software are investigated from the perspective of both user/manager and developer. Written and oral presntations are integral components of this course. Prerequisite: Permission of instructor.
