Exercise Psychology
Three semester hours.
Examines the psychological theories for understanding and predicting health-oriented exercise behavior. Explores the psychological and psychobiological responses to exercise and the psychological interventions for increasing exercise participation and adherence. Prerequisite: Junior standing.
