EDAM 5325

Instructional Leadership Development

Three semester hours.

This course will include a general survey of learning theories and practices in relation to teacher behavior in the classroom. Instructional Leadership Development (ILD) training required of practicing school administrators is offered in the course content. Prerequisites: EDAM 5301 and EDAM 5320. Pre or co-requisite: EDGR 5320. Evaluation of performance in this course is on CR/NC basis.
