Organizational Theory and Leadership

Three semester hours.

This course is designed to analyze the relationship between administrative theory and practice by utilizing the literatures in organizational theory and administrative behavior and applying the concepts to administrative practice in educational settings. Case studies, debates, simulations, and role playing be utilized to supplement  lectures and discussions. Prerequisite: Approval by TAMIU doctoral program advisor.
