EDEC 3364
Mathematics and Science Principles for Young Children
Three semester hours. (SP/SS-Even)
This course provides an understanding of the integration of mathematics and scientific concepts in relation to the appropriate stages of cognitive development. Special emphasis is on content and attitudes promoting scientific investigation. A grade of "C" or better must be earned to successfully complete the course. Prerequisites: EDEC 1304 and 2324, admission to the College of Education and 2.7 overall grade point average.
