Human Resource Management
Three semester hours.
This course involves an in-depth assessment of the human resource management scholarship, focusing on a rigorous understanding of the field, appropriate for doctoral level researchers. This understanding will be developed through a critical appraisal of current and seminal human resource management literature. Special attention will be paid to current human resource management trends, legal aspects of human resource management, and the relationships between the various human resource management concepts and applications. Prerequisite: Consent of the instructor and the Graduate Advisor.
