Constitutional Law
Three semester hours.
A case study of American constitutional law based on the leading decisions of the U.S. Supreme Court. This course deals with the functional and federal distributions of governing authority, civil liberties, rights of the criminally accused, and civil rights. Prerequisite: Six hours of political science. (Cross-listed with PSCI 5311)
