The Judicial Process
Three semester hours.
A study of the American judicial system with emphasis upon its structure, function, and process. Prerequisite: Six hours of political science. Interchangeable with CRIJ 1306 with permission of CRIJ faculty advisor. (Cross-listed with PSCI 5326)
