Organized the Laredo Community Building Initiative, in which community providers, parents, and youth collaborate to improve the local system of care.  Trained, implemented, and provided a Wraparound service delivery model in the community, as well as the Ansell-Casey Life Skills Assessment.  Oversaw the smooth collaborative process and synergy between key community stakeholders. Served as a Peer Technical Assistance Consultant for the agency. Implemented a Positive Youth Development approach in the community.
