ADMISSION
REQUIREMENTS:
- Hours Required: A minimum of 126 semester
credit hours (SCH): 45 hours must be advanced, and fulfillment
of degree requirements as specified in the Requirements
for Graduation section of the catalog.
- University Core Curriculum: 48 SCH as outlined
in the suggested plans and as specified in the Requirements
for Gra- duation.
- Social/Behavioral Science Elective: 3 SCH
selected from ANTH/CRIJ/ECO/GEOG/GENU/HIST/PHIL/PSCI/PSYC/
SOCI/ URBS/WGST. nine SCH at the 3000-4000 level.
- Communication: 3 SCH designated as SPCH 1311.
- Major: 49 SCH. Required courses are PSYCH 2301, 2312, 2317, 3102, 3302, 4301 AND 4325.
30 additional hours required as follows: 3 hours from 4321 or 4399, 9 hours from PSYC 3301, 3303, 3307, 3315, 4318,
PSYC 3304, 3310, 4305, 4307; six from 4303, 4308, 4310, 4314 and 4315; 6 3000 or 4000 level PSYC courses
not previously taken.
- Minor: A minimum of 18 SCH from one discipline
at least twelve of which must be at the 3000-4000 level. See
Appendix B. GENU/HIST/PHIL/PSCI/PSYC/SOCI/URBS/WGST
- Electives: 12 SCH including ENGL 2311 and
nine SCH at the 3000-4000 level.
