Feb. 6	Spring 2013 Graduation Application DUE! $30 fee applies!
Mar. 1	First Graduation Information Packet mail-out. (tentative)

Mar. 21	LATE Graduation Application Deadline! $80 fee applies!
Apr. 12	2nd Graduation Information Packet Mail-out
Apr. 23	Graduation confirmation & Graduation Candidate Information form due!
Apr. 24	Last day to take the CLEP Exam (if needed). Please contact the Testing Center at (956) 326-2131 for details.
Apr. 24 & 25	Exit Counseling Sessions (you are only required to attend one): Times: 10am, 3pm, or 6pm Location: Zaffirini Student Success Center 101 (multi-purpose room) For additional information, please contact Financial Aid at (956) 326-2225.
May 8	Following items must be submitted to our office:: -grade changes (for incomplete grades only) -orals & comprehensive exams -all balances must be cleared with the Business Office.
May 10	Candidates enrolled at another institution MUST submit grades. Forms available in the Office of the University Registrar.
May 16	Master's Hooding & Honor Cord Ceremonies College of Education, Student Center Ballroom, 5:30pm College of Arts & Sciences, FPA Recital Hall, 6:30pm
May 17	Rehearsals for Commencement. Location: Kinesiology-Convocation Building Times: College of Arts & Sciences - 9am Sanchez School of Business / College of Nursing & Health Sciences - 11am College of Education - 1pm
May 17	Master's Hooding & Honor Cord Ceremonies College of Nursing & Health Sciences, FPA Recital Hall, 5:30pm Sanchez School of Business, Fine Arts Theater, 7:30pm
May 18	Commencement Ceremonies. Location: Kinesiology-Convocation Building Times: College of Arts & Sciences - 9am Sanchez School of Business / College of Nursing & Health Sciences - 1pm College of Education - 4:30pm
Jun. 17	Diplomas/official transcripts that have been previously requested with degree posted will be available. Diplomas/transcripts will NOT be released if holds exist.
