Feb. 1	Spring 2012 Graduation Application DUE! $30 fee applies!
Feb. 22	First Graduation Information Packet mail-out.

Mar. 14	LATE Graduation Application Deadline! $80 fee applies!
Mar. 28	Second Graduation Information Packet mail-out.
Apr. 12	Confirmation of Graduation Plans & Graduation Information Form DEADLINE!
Apr. 13	Last day for May graduates to take the CLEP exam. -CLEP is offered Monday-Thursday at 10am & 2pm. -Registration is "first come-first serve". For additional information, please contact the Testing Center at (956) 326-2131.
May 2	Following items MUST be submitted to the Office of the University Registrar (USC 121): -Grade changes for "I"ncomplete grades (if any) -Orals & Comprehensive Exam results for Master's & PhD Candidates -All balances MUST be cleared with the Business Office (USC 137)
May 3	Candidates enrolled at another institution MUST submit grades. Forms are available in the Office of the University Registrar (USC 121).
