SPCH 3330 American Public Address. Three semester hours.

Charts transformation of public communication in American political culture. Examines perceptions of speech as altered by political pamphlet, newspaper, radio, television, and computer networks. Prerequisite: a href="spch.htm#1311">SPCH 1311 or consent of instructor.
