INTERNATIONAL SOS
International SOS medical, travel, and security assistance services are provided to TAMIU employees and students participating in TAMIU approved study abroad programs and/or on offical University state business.

How does it work?
Carry the International SOS membership card with you at all times. It includes the telephone numbers of the three major worldwide International SOS Alarm Centers. In the event of an emergency, call one of the emergency phone numbers listed on the card. This card can be obtained at OIE.

Coverage Limits
Medical & Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation $1,000,000 per Member
Repatriation of Mortal Remains $1,000,000 per Member
Emergency Security Evacuation $100,000 per Member
A maximum of $10,000 per Member per Medical Event for any combination of the following four services:
* Transportation to Join a Hospitalized Member
* Accommodation While Visiting Hospitalized Member
* Return of Minor Children
* Return of Traveling Companion
