Check-In Process

All J-1 visiting scholars are required to report to International Engagement for check-in.ll>

All visiting scholars are required to check in with the Office of International Engagement, located in Zaffrini Student Sucess Center, Room 206. The purpose is to confirm the visiting scholars arrival to the U.S. and complete all required paperwork and schedule an orientation.

To check-in, visiting scholars must complete the Visting Scholar Check In Form and upload a copy/photo of the following documents:

• DS-2019 (J visa)
• Visa
• Passport
• I-94 (electronic version)

If Applicable:

• Proof of insurance (visiting scholars only)
• Dependent information
