Latin America Week Ends Friday at TAMIU

Texas A&M International University's celebration of Latin America Week ends Friday, Jan. 28.

Dr. Randall Parish, TAMIU assistant professor, organized the event with various student and faculty members assisting.

Friday's schedule is as follows:

12 p.m. Music in the Student Center Rotunda: Joel Escalona and the Latin Jazz Project.

12 p.m. Study Abroad video. Student Center Food Court.

1 p.m. Movie: "Carol's Journey" - Student Center Theater, room 236.

8 p.m. Latin American Night at Espumas (119 Guadalupe Street) Music by Joel Escalona and the Latin Jazz Project. Complimentary Latin American appetizers, coffee and tea. Students will be admitted free with I.D.
