AutMus Fest Saturday at TAMIUThe second annual AutMus Fest will be held Saturday on the grounds of Texas A&M International University. Gates open at 11 a.m. and the first performance will take place at 1 p.m. AutMus is a celebration of music and offers a variety of artists and genres from oldies and rock en Español to the Grammy-winning sounds of Los Angeles-based Ozomatli. This event is presented by the Texas A&M International University Alumni Association with sponsorship by Sames Ford, BMP and Popeyes. Proceeds will support student scholarships at TAMIU. Presale tickets are available at all Popeyes locations for $5 until Friday, Oct. 6 at 11 p.m. Tickets are also available until 5 p.m. Friday at TAMIU’s Office for Institutional Advancement. Gate tickets will be $10. Food and refreshments will be available for sale as will fun games and activities for children. The Sue and Radcliffe Killam Library will be open from 10 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. The artist lineup for the event is as follows:
