$51,054 in Texas AMP Scholarships Awarded to A&M International Students

The Texas Alliance for Minority Participation (Texas AMP) has recently awarded a total of $51,054 in scholarships to 103 Texas A&M International University students.

The Texas AMP scholarship is geared for minority undergraduate students majoring in mathematics, biology, engineering, chemistry, science and computer information systems. Awards range as high as $500.

A&M International students who received the Texas AMP Scholarship are Cristina Ayala, César Banuelos, Gabriel Cantú, Judith Cárdenas, Roxanna Castillo, Imelda Chapa, Albert Charles Jr., Pamela Clark, Yareth Coutino, Charles Dalrymple, Yolanda De la Cruz, Melissa Del Castillo, Robert Luis Castillón, Jessica De León, Luis De León, James Delgado, and Adrián Domíguez.

Scholarship recipients also include Rebecca Espinoza, Sergio Espinoza, Bernice Esteghamatdarshad, Marissa Fermín, Jesús Flores, José Flores, Stefanie Fritzgers, Jacklyn Gallegos, Alejandro Gammon, José Aaron Garza Jr., Sylvia Garza, Andrés González, Mirna González, Adrián Herrera, Jeffrey Huvar, Mariá Guadalupe Ibarra, Priscilla Jalomo, Alma Velia Jasso, Rachel Kennedy, Enrique Lobo, Josué López, Mario López Jr., and Nancy C. Lozano.

In addition, Guillermo Maciás, Jessica Maciel, Steven Mansbach, Elvira K. Mante, Berenisse Mares, Thomas Martin Jr., Gabriel Martínez, Jesse Orlando Martínez, Lydia S. Martínez, Selina Diane Martínez, Liz Paulina Millán, Pablo Morales, Juan Morán-López, Sonia Moreno, Danny Munoa, Rocío K. Nájera, Anita Narváez, César J.
