Fall Dance Concert at TAMIU
Showcases Students

Don’t miss Texas A&M International University dance students as they show off their talents at the 2005 Fall Dance Concert, Friday, Nov. 18 at 8 p.m. in the Center for the Fine and Performing Arts (CFPA) Recital Hall.

This event is open to the public. Admission is $5 for adults and children 11 and older. Admission is free for children ages 10 and under.

“The concert will include students from our jazz and ballet classes along with the dance performance and flamenco troupes,” said Bede Leyendecker, assistant professor of dance.

The performance will introduce the audience to various dance styles taught at TAMIU, and demonstrate student abilities.

Guest musicians include the TAMIU Guitar Ensemble under the direction of Dr. Gilberto D. Soto, associate professor of music.
