10th Annual Dusty 5K Run/Walk Results Shared

The 10th anniversary celebration of Texas A&M International University's Dusty 5K Run and Walk was held this past Saturday, Oct. 30 at TAMIU.

Monies raised help support University student scholarships.

Cash prizes were awarded in the professional category for men and women for first, second and third place. Certificates were provided to all walkers. Participants received a commemorative TAMIU Dustdevil T-shirt.

The year's Run and Walk was sponsored by Constructors.

A Health Fair presented by Laredo Medical Center featured body mass index and blood pressure screenings and information on cancer awareness, rehabilitation and physical therapy, among others.
