Spring Semester Starts
Jan. 19 at TAMIU

The Spring Semester is nearing at Texas A&M International University, providing a new opportunity to invest in yourself this New Year. Classes will begin Tuesday, Jan. 19.

Students can choose from over 70 undergraduate, graduate or doctoral degrees, each infused with an international perspective to better prepare student graduates for the global economy. Financial aid is readily available and student internship and Study Abroad programs provide additional avenues for self-betterment.

The University’s gifted faculty is drawn from around the world and its facilities are among the State’s finest. The new Student Success Center is currently nearing completion, part of an approximately $25 million addition to the 300-acre campus.

Although University offices will be closed Dec. 24-Jan. 1 for the holidays, registration is underway 24/7 online at tamiu.edu.

Prospective students can also visit tamiu.edu/prospect for more detailed information specific to new, transfer, graduate and international students.

University offices reopen on Monday, Jan. 4, 2010, at 8 a.m. University offices will close on Jan. 18 in a State-authorized observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

The Office of the Registrar is located in the Sue and Radcliffe Killam Library, room 168.
