Mary Alice Herbert, the Vice Presidential candidate for the Socialist Party U.S.A., and former gubernatorial candidate of Vermont, will present a lecture titled, "Capitalism or Democracy?" Wednesday, February 11, 2004 at 6 p.m. at Texas A&M International University's Western Hemispheric Trade Center, room 116.
