Looking to get ahead on your degree plan?

Registration for Texas A&M International University's (TAMIU) Summer Sessions continues online via UConnect.

With compressed time schedules, Summer Sessions often offer a streamlined way for students to accelerate, begin or resume undergraduate or graduate degree plans. This can be especially attractive to students home for the summer from other university campuses.

  • Summer Session II is Monday, July 10, through Thursday, Aug. 10. Tuition and fees for SSII are due Friday, July 11.

TAMIU’s Fall Semester 2023 begins Monday, Aug. 28. Late registration for the Fall 2023 semester continues through Friday, Sept. 1.

As a result of actions taken by the Texas Legislature to address affordability in higher education, all resident undergraduate academic costs, including tuition, mandatory academic fees, all academic-related general fees, and college course fees, have been frozen for the 2023-24 and 2024-25 academic years at TAMIU.

An online catalog containing a list of nearly 100 undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral degree programs is available at http://catalog.tamiu.edu.

The Registration Hub offers insight into registration with content, guides, and resources specific to undergraduate and graduate students. It addresses issues like advising and holds, and includes a dynamic FAQ with answers and contacts.

TAMIU students can access a universe of scholarships available to them in the palm of their hand. With a smartphone, students can access thousands of relevant scholarships through TAMIUFund$Finder, a search tool that helps students find scholarships on and off-campus. To begin, students need only visit go.tamiu.edu/fundSfinder

Courses can be paid for online, or students can create an installment plan at tamiu.edu/pay
