Texas A&M International University's Office of Continuing Education will offer a Defensive Driving/Ticket Dismissal class at the University on Saturday, May 6 from 8:30 - 11:30 a.m. and 1 - 4 p.m. in Building C room 118.
Tuition for the State-approved class is $25. Instructor will be Harry W. Stege, Chief of Police at A&M International.
The Defensive Driving course may be taken for ticket dismissal and a 10% discount savings on auto insurance premiums. Persons interested in taking the class for ticket dismissal should obtain permission from the court assigned to them on the ticket before registering for the class.
The University offers Defensive Driving on the first Saturday of each month. Upcoming Defensive Driving courses are scheduled on June 3, July 1, and Aug. 5.
