Annual Flamenco Workshop
at TAMIU Postponed

A Flamenco Workshop scheduled by noted dance instructor Rogelio Rodríguez this Saturday and Sunday, June 7-8, at Texas A&M International University has been postponed.

Rodriguez is unable to travel to Laredo for the free workshop, which will be rescheduled when he is able to do so, said Bede Leyendecker, chair, TAMIU College of Arts and Science’s department of fine and performing arts.

“He was very dismayed that he would not be able to present the workshop as planned, but we are confident that he will be able to so in the near future,” Leyendecker explained.

For additional information, contact Leyendecker at 326.2649 or e-mail bleyendecker@tamiu.edu

University summer office hours are 8 a.m. – 6 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. Friday.
