TAMIU Office Hours Back
to Regular Schedule

Texas A&M International University’s summer schedule ended Wednesday, Aug. 5. On Thursday, Aug. 6, it will return to its regular schedule. University office hours are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday.

The Sue and Radcliffe Killam Library will be open from 7:30 a.m. – 10 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 6 and 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 7. It will be closed Saturday, Aug. 8 and Sunday, Aug. 9. During the two-week intersession, Monday, Aug. 10 – Friday, Aug. 23, it will be open from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday, and closed Saturday and Sunday. The Kinesiology and Wellness Recreation Center will close for maintenance starting at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 6 through Saturday, Aug 8. The KWRC is closed on Sundays. Effective Thursday, Aug. 6, the Office of Admissions will be open 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday, Tuesday and Friday and 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday.

Through Thursday, Aug. 27, the Office of Financial Aid will be open 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday and close at 3 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 28. Beginning Monday, Aug. 31, the Office of Financial Aid will observe its extended schedule—Monday and Tuesday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday,
8 a.m. – 7 p.m. and 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Friday.

The Office of the University Registrar will be open from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Friday and 8 a.m. – 7 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday.
