A&M International's Killam Library Offers Free Workshops

Texas A&M International University's Sue and Radcliffe Killam Library is conducting a series of free workshops in basic electronic research. The free workshops are primarily targeted for University students, however, anyone who is interested in learning about electronic research may attend.

Rodney M. Webb, Killam Library director, explained the workshops will provide library users with the knowledge and skill required to explore the information resources in today's libraries.

"The definition of library service is changing rapidly due to electronic information sources and telecommunications. To take full advantage of these new information sources, library users have to be able to use them. We invite students and members of the community to take advantage of these free workshops so that they may better use and explore the information resources in our library," said Webb.
