TAMIU Senior Art Exhibit
Continues Through May 11

The Texas A&M International University graduating senior art exhibit continues in the TAMIU Center for the Fine and Performing Arts Gallery through May 11.

Gallery admission is free and open to the public.

“This show is an exhibit of artwork in all media created by the 2011 group of TAMIU senior art majors,” explained Alma Haertlein, associate professor of studio art.

This exhibit features Yamel Araiza, Cesar Caballero, Alejandra Calderon, Vanessa Castillo, Leslie Canales-Casarez, Cheryl Diaz de León, Sylvia de León, Lesley Dunn, Dominique García, Christina Hernández, Toni Landa, Nicole López, Tabitha López, José Martínez, Armando Morales, JessicaOviedo, Ymelda Salas and Teresita de la Torre.

Twenty percent of sales will be used to support the TAMIU CFPA Gallery.

Gallery hours are 12 – 5 p.m., Monday – Thursday or by appointment. The exhibit will be on display through Thursday, May 11,2011.
