TAMIU's Renovated Dusty's Den Opens

Amidst much student excitement, Texas A&M International University presented the grand opening and return of its game room, “Dusty’s Den” this week.

Renovations to Dusty’s Den, located in Student Center, room 202, included additional floor space to accommodate new gaming tables and an area for Xbox 360 Kinect gaming systems.

“Dusty’s Den is an area for students to gather and meet their friends while enjoying various game room activities  and, with the recent renovations, the quality of the game room experience is more positive,” said Sylvia Barrera, director of Recreational Sports.

All TAMIU students can visit Dusty’s Den by presenting a valid TAMIU ID.

Activities in Dusty’s Den include numerous billiards, foosball tables, shuffleboard, Xbox 360 gaming systems, dominoes, and computers to surf the Internet or provide assistance with academics.

Dusty’s Den operating hours are from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Friday.
