TAMIU-SBDC to host SBA’s Small Business
Health Options Program (SHOP) Marketplace Feb. 26
The U. S. Small Business Administration (SBA), in collaboration with Texas A&M International University’s Small Business Development Center (TAMIU-SBDC)l will host an educational seminar on the health insurance marketplace for small businesses.
The Free-of-Charge event will be held at the Laredo Public Library, 1120 E. Calton Road, on Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2014, from 10:00 a.m. to noon.
The Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) Marketplace helps businesses provide health coverage to their employees.
A Healthcare Marketplace Navigator from BCFS Health and Human Services, South Texas Development Council will present valuable information about the health insurance marketplace—who may qualify, what are the benefits, and other subject matters
