If you have forgotten your Net ID password, you may go here.
Once you have entered your Net ID, new password, and reCAPTCHA, and click Continue, you will be prompted to answer one of three security questions.
Once you input your answer, click Continue. If this is successful, you will be informed that your password has been changed. If you are not able to recall the question you are presented with, you may choose one of the other two questions. If you are not able to recall the answers to any of the questions, or they have not yet been setup, please contact the OIT Help Desk.
