Can I work out with a friend?
If you have a partner with similar goals and desires as you, dual training would be great for you.
How long do the sessions last?
Does personal training deal with diets as well as exercise?
The trainers goals are to help you meet your goals and to help you improve your overall lifestyle. Nutritional aspects of your lifestyle as well as exercise will be covered.
All clients must complete the following forms prior to starting their training sessions: PAR-Q & You, Health/Medical Questionnaire, Exercise History and Attitude Questionnaire, Program Packet and when applicable a Physician's Approval form. Click Personal Training Packet link to print forms.
