The faculty rosters show evidence that the faculty hold appropriate credentials in relation to their teaching assignments. In addition, faculty development is supported through travel and mini-grant funds. In many instances, part-time faculty bring important expertise in disciplines in which it is very difficult to recruit full-time faculty.
