NARRATIVE/JUSTIFICATION FOR JUDGMENT OF COMPLIANCE The University provides services supporting its mission with qualified personnel to ensure the quality and effectiveness of its student affairs programs. The University provides quality student affairs programs by hiring qualified and experienced personnel to direct these programs. The Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs maintains a current roster of the professional staff’s qualifications. Student affairs personnel are experienced, student oriented and extensively involved in student activities that enhance and complement the student's education outside of the classroom. The Division of Student Affairs has as its mission "to facilitate student learning both in and out of the classroom by providing continuously improving, high quality services and developmental opportunities while fostering an inclusive campus community in support of the educational mission of Texas A&M International University." Student affairs administrators hold membership in professional organizations to remain current in their field and establish networks for sharing best practices. Some of these organizations include:
