NARRATIVE/JUSTIFICATION FOR JUDGMENT OF COMPLIANCE
The University makes available to students and the public current academic calendars, grading policies, and refund policies.
The Texas A&M International University Academic Calendar is published in the Catalog 2004-2005, Academic Calendar, on the Schedule of Classes, Academic Calendar and on the web page for University Registrar, Academic Calendar.
University grading policies are published in the print and the online catalog. (Catalog 2004-2005, Academic Regulations - Undergraduate, Catalog 2004-2005, Academic Regulations - Graduate)
Texas A&M International University refund policies for student fees are posted in three primary locations: (1) class schedule books available at various locations around campus, (2) on-line in the Schedule of Classes, Refund of Fees or Catalog 2004-2005, Division of Student Affairs, Refund of Fees, and (3) through the web page for University Registrar, Refund of Fees. Refunds are prorated based on the dates published in the catalog/schedule.
Refund policies on Title IV monies are made available online in the Financial Aid Handbook, University Withdrawal Policy.
