4.6 Recruitment materials and presentations accurately represent the institution's practices and policies. JUDGMENT OF COMPLIANCE Compliance. NARRATIVE/JUSTIFICATION FOR JUDGMENT OF COMPLIANCE Recruitment materials and presentations accurately represent the University's practices and policies. The process of student recruitment is a University community responsibility, led by the Office of Enrollment Management and School Relations (EMSR), the Office of Admissions, the Office of Financial Aid, and the Office of Public Affairs and Information Services (PAIS). At the forefront
of the recruiting efforts, EMSR works with PAIS to develop recruitment
materials that positively influence student choice. Public relations
and marketing efforts include print, radio, and TV ads and billboards.
All materials for media outlets are produced with guidelines, along with
concept and design
assistance provided by PAIS. (An

Through this collaboration, the University communicates the appropriate
messages about its academic programs, athletic programs, workshops, trainings,
tutorials,
and other
services. EMSR develops materials
that reflect the Institutional Mission. The EMSR staff develops annual
oral presentations to meet the changing demands of the community and
the University.

are rehearsed and refined to guarantee accurate delivery
