Orientation Leaders

Orientation Leaders (OLs) are students that serve as role models to help new students at TAMIU adjust to the rigors of being a college student. OLs assist with Freshman Student Orientation, The Dustdevil Transition and International Student Orientation. Aside from guiding new students as they begin their studies at TAMIU, OLs are also responsible for providing the historical background of TAMIU through campus tours, answering University related questions, and implementing unique ideas for each orientation program. OLs are expected to be possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as promoting enthusiasm, creativity, and integrity in all they do.
