Eighteenth Annual Meeting
February 20, 2010
Registration desk will be at the Western Hemispheric Trade Center lobby starting at 8:30. Presentations are scheduled 9:00--4:30. All meeting rooms will be at the at the Western Hemispheric Trade Center (WHTC). The preliminary program will be posted when ready. Then, see the program. Each presentation is allocated 25 minutes inclusive of question and answer, say 20 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes Q&A.
Early registration has been extended to Friday, February 19 at noon . If you are presenting, please register by 19 February 2010 (extended date). Participants registering after 18 February 2010 (extended date) may not be published in the program. Registration fee may be paid by check or credit card---see registration form.
There is a sample listing of hotels/motels in Laredo for those participants who would like to spend a night or two
in Laredo---by the way, the WBCA activities are taking place on the same
weekend, so make your reservations early.
