Event Services

How to Request an Event Space:

  1. Please fill out the online Reservation Form and click the 'submit' button at the end of the form. This will automatically send the request form to the room-scheduling department.

  2. Event requests are fulfilled in the order they are received. Within two to three (2-3) business days, you will receive an event contract via e-mail. If there is no availability for the requested event, you will receive notification via e-mail.

  3. Review the event confirmation thoroughly to ensure that all requested items are included.

  4. If everything is satisfactory, sign the confirmation and return via fax to (956)326.2929 within 72 hours of receipt. An event is not confirmed until the signed confirmation is received back in the Event Services Office.
