Ambassador Membership Information

- Must complete or exceed minimum number of hours (5 hours a month)
- Must regularly attend meetings
- Are able to vote on official business
- Are able to attend social functions and out of town trips
- Are members for certain reasons cannot meet the minimum number of hours
- Examples of reasons: work, family, medical, or problems with class
- Must let officers or advisors know of his her reason in advance for
he or she to be considered an inactive member in good standing
- Are able to vote on official business
- Are able, if Membership Committee allows, to attend social events
and out of town trips
- In cases where non-members assists the Ambassadors in a special way,
the Membership Committee may grant honorary status.
- Are able to attend regular meetings
- Are not able to vote on official business
- Are not able to attend out of town trips or social functions
- If an active member fails to meet the minimum number of hours per
month, he or she will be considered a honorary member.
- If active membership status is not regained within the next
semester, the Membership Committee will review membersip status with
possibility of termination.
